What Does Package Includes?
We count in support tickets. The package comes with 12 support tickets.
For any issue, you submit your query at our HelpDesk Website. We will assign the staff on duty accordingly to support you.
Before we start any work, we will let you know how many support tickets we will use. Upon your approval, we will start work.
We will not any tickets if not approved.
Each ticket = half day.

What Do We Need To Start?
2. Prepare the below and email us the below information:
– Source Files & Database – upload it (in 1 or 2-3 zip files) onto a dropbox/googledrive – give us download link
– Technical documentations
– User manuals
– Software system version numbers. (e.g. php version 5.x, mysql number xxxx
– Cloud/Webhost Server/Cpanel Login Info — OR — Server Remote Login Info
What If We Do Not Support Your Software?
If at point of purchase, we have checked your software, and your software is unsuitable for maintenance, we will Refund you your money. We will not start the package if it is deemed ‘un-servicable’ by us.
Please note that once the maintenance contract starts or first ticket starts to get used, there will be no refunds.
