- This is a maintenance contract for 12 tickets in a 12-months period for a Website / Application
- Support tickets can be used for: off-site support to amend/check one or more of the following during office hours* — webpage contents / website / application / database server.
- *Office hours are: Monday To Friday, 9 to 6pm. Exclude Singapore public holidays.
- The updates/amendment/s required will be measured against no. of half man days required, or no. of support ticket required.
- Per support ticket is equivalent to a half day block, or 4 man hours
- Programming languages/database/platform supported: newer versions of PHP, .Net, MySQL, MS SQL, Windows, Redhat.** (**Contact us with the info if not in this list)
- Notes: (i) That this is offsite and remote support only; (ii) All support has to be submitted via our website to the Helpdesk Support team. (iii) Unused change requests cannot be brought over to the following year
- Refs of 1 ticket use, e.g. (i) Create 1 to 2 basic pages from CMS = equivalent to 1 ticket; (ii) Initial troubleshooting check to confirm what issues = equivalent to 1 ticket
